Patricia Quinn participated in a panel titled “The Track Ahead – Economic Development and Revitalization by Rail,” at the North Carolina DOT 2024 Transportation Summit in Greensboro, NC on May 21 to showcase how the Downeaster has been a key component to successful transit-oriented development and economic growth in station communities.
